The Sensepeek PCBITE-7012 features the SQG60-AC, an ultra-high-bandwidth 6 GHz AC-coupled passive probe engineered for the most demanding signal integrity challenges. With a usable data rate exceeding 12 Gbps and a remarkably low probe tip capacitance of less than 0.69 pF, this 10:1 probe is the definitive tool for measuring ultra-fast differential signals like USB4, Thunderbolt, or high-speed PCIe lanes. The AC-coupled design is specifically optimized to block DC bias in active data streams or to capture micro-volt transients on high-speed power rails without disrupting the operating point of sensitive semiconductors. It provides an exceptionally flat frequency response (+/- 0.5dB) up to 4.8 GHz, with minimal ringing even at its full 6 GHz rated bandwidth.
