Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber Sweep- und Burst-Funktionen, die seine Vielseitigkeit f\u00fcr verschiedene Testszenarien erh\u00f6hen. Die Abtastrate betr\u00e4gt 250 MS\/s mit einer Speichertiefe von 0,016 Mpts. Die minimale \u00dcbergangszeit betr\u00e4gt 10 ns und die minimale Impulsbreite 19,4 ns, was eine pr\u00e4zise Kontrolle des Signaltimings erm\u00f6glicht.
