Description

The Sensepeek PCBITE-7010 features the SQG30-AC, an elite 3 GHz AC-coupled passive probe engineered for high-performance signal integrity and extreme data rate analysis. With a usable data rate exceeding 6 Gbps and an exceptionally low probe tip capacitance of 1.31 pF, this 10:1 probe is designed for engineers measuring high-speed differential signals like USB 3.x, HDMI 2.0, or SATA. The AC-coupled design is specifically optimized to isolate DC bias in active data streams or to inspect micro-volt ripples on power supply rails without affecting the operating point of sensitive semiconductors. It provides a remarkably flat frequency response (+/- 0.5dB) from 1 kHz up to 2.6 GHz, reaching its full 3 GHz potential when used with the included dual-needle ground spring.
