The Siglent SDS6204A features a maximum bandwidth of 2 GHz across its 4 channels, each capable of sampling at 5 GSa/s with an equivalent sampling rate of 10 GSa/s in ESR mode. It offers a substantial memory depth of 500 Mpts, allowing for detailed waveform analysis and storage. The device supports a waveform capture rate of 170,000 wfm/s, enabling rapid data acquisition.
