Description

The Sensepeek PCBITE-6028 is a precision-engineered grounding accessory designed to eliminate parasitic inductance and signal distortion during high-frequency measurements. Unlike standard alligator ground leads, these unique ground springs provide a low-impedance path to ground, enabling the SQ-series oscilloscope probes to reach their full rated bandwidth of up to 500 MHz in a total hands-free configuration. These gold-plated springs are essential for capturing timing-critical digital communications, such as SPI or I2C, and for accurately measuring high-speed switching ripple in power supply designs. By sliding directly onto the probe tip collar, the spring-loaded needle ensures consistent, non-destructive contact with ground planes or SMD pads, maintaining signal integrity without the need for soldering.
