It offers a 500 MHz bandwidth and a 10:1 attenuation ratio, engineered for high-speed signal integrity analysis and advanced digital hardware verification. The probe features an insulated body and a lowered center of gravity for maximum stability during hands-free measurements on fine-pitch components.
