Description
The Siglent DPB1300 features a bandwidth of 50 MHz and a rise time of less than or equal to 7 nanoseconds, ensuring precise signal measurement. It offers a DC accuracy of ±2%, supporting reliable data acquisition. The device can handle a maximum input voltage of 600 V CATIII and 1000 V CATII, with a maximum differential test voltage of ±130 V at 50X attenuation and ±1300 V at 500X attenuation. Its input impedance and capacitance are specified as 5 MΩ and less than 4 pF for single-ended inputs, and 10 MΩ and less than 2 pF for two inputs, respectively.
