Opis

The AWG5064 by Active Technologies features four channels with a maximum frequency of 2000 MHz and a sampling rate of 6160 MS/s. Each channel has a memory depth of 2048 Mpts, totaling 4096 Mpts across all channels. The device offers a single-ended output with an amplitude of 5 Vpp. It supports both sweep and burst modes, allowing for versatile signal generation. The minimum pulse width is 0.5 ns, and the transition time minimum is 0.11 ns, enabling precise timing control.
