Description

The AWG5064D from Active Technologies features four channels with a maximum frequency of 2 GHz and a sampling rate of 6160 MS/s. Each channel offers a memory depth of 2048 Mpts, totaling 4096 Mpts across all channels. The device provides a differential output amplitude of 1.5 Vpp and supports both sweep and burst modes.
