Description

The Siglent SVA1015X operates over a frequency range from 9 kHz to 1.5 GHz, combining a spectrum analyzer and a vector network analyzer with a frequency range of 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz. It features a phase noise level of less than -98 dBc/Hz, ensuring precise signal analysis. The resolution bandwidth (RBW) can be adjusted from 1 Hz to 1 MHz, allowing for detailed frequency resolution. The device offers a minimum displayed average noise level (DANL) of -156 dBm/Hz, which supports the detection of very low-level signals. Its total amplitude accuracy is maintained below 1.2 dB, contributing to reliable amplitude measurements. The SVA1015X supports a tracking generator (TG), enhancing its testing capabilities. It includes two ports and has a dynamic range of 90 dB. This model is not handheld and has a maximum frequency of 1.5 GHz.
